A class for young chefs wanting to get hands-on and adventurous in the kitchen. We will be peeling, chopping, mashing; developing knife skills along the way. Will will make a cottage pie, with a vegetarian option for those who want that, to eat and share for supper, as well a classic French desert Poires Belle Hélène; poached pears with chocolate sauce and homemade vanilla ice cream.
